Add row number to data browser

Current Limitation

It's not easy to estimate the vertical scroll position in the data browser. Especially as there doesn't seem to be a scroll bar in the browser window.

Feature / Enhancement Description

Add a column at the beginning and possibly locked (always visible, regardless of horizontal scroll position) that shows the row number.
