Propose Additional Sections for Assembly Chapter

@ssabogalp already has a great start on the Primer's Assembly chapter, however, assembly is such a vast a complex topic that there are many more aspects to it that could be covered by the Primer for an introductory treatment in the topic.

• Do you have a tool for assembly or disassembly that others would benefit from learning?
• Can you describe and show obfuscation at the assembly level?
• Can you describe RISC architecture?
