Recurring meeting options based on specific days

It would be a good idea to give the option to create a meeting every 3rd Monday of the month or every 2nd Thursday of the month, as a form of recurrence. This idea came to me when some meetings in Express were scheduled to occur every 3rd Monday or every 4th Monday of the month.
