How can I export file(s) from Pyodide to local when using MCP Run Python?

My code will create a few files. I want to export them from the Pyodide environment to my local machine. Do you know what I can do?

And maybe related to that: how can I get files into pyodide? E.g. LLM creates analysis code for data, I would like to run it sandboxed, how to get the data into the environment?

Sorry for the slow reply.

@sangshuduo there's currently no way to do this, I guess we could provide that functionality - probably the easiest way would be to mount a directory in pyodide and run pyodide with that as the CWD.

@maxschulz-COL I'm planning to add support for something like that, most likely using MCPs sampling to call back to the client. I'll update date here when I have time to work on thiat.
