Streamable HTTP Implementaion

Now that the Streamable HTTP is merged on the MCP repo. When will this be implemented on pydantic ai? Currently only SSE + HTTP is supported, when will Streamable HTTP come?

Just put up #1716 for this! It's working well for me locally.
