Need C++ inference example on windows

Please add a Windows-based example which loads a model (can be onnx or TorchScript) and performs an inference, preferably one that does something with image processing such as object detection. It can rely on cmake but as a bonus it would be great to have *.sln and *.vcxproj files for Visual Studio
