Paychecks

Reproduction

Fresh build and players don't get paychecks from their jobs. Clocked in on duty don't get it. Even the freelancer/civilian doesn't get the $10 every 10 mins. Never messed with anything. Fresh build. No paychecks.

Expected behavior

Players to get paychecks every 10 mins or however much time is in the config

Actual behavior

Nothing happened
