RabbitMQ is OS- and architecture-neutral. As long as a supported Erlang version is available for your version of Windows — and I'm pretty sure Erlang 26.2.x and 27.3.x should run on Windows Server 2025 — you will be able to run RabbitMQ on that OS. |
