Duplicated primitive in search results

In the search pages when looking for primitive items in the std/core documentation.

Summary

If you search for str for example, you will see:

cc @notriddle

[aDotInTheVoid]

Also effects type based search (which might be obvious if you know how that works, or could be seperate; i don't know the details)

I think it's the same bug (ie, duplication between core and std).
