unable to unpublish deleted file

1. create a file, e.g. afile.md is fine
2. publish it, e.g. "unlisted"
3. delete the file by selecting it in the files listing
4. open account → published files. there is a table of all listed files. it includes afile.md.

Now, I just want to unpublish that file. I click on it and I expect to see the "publish config" dialog. Instead:
