in firefox the license date picker may be partially out of view

1. Open a firefox window with approximately 960x720 resolution.
2. Sign into CoCalc and browse to https://cocalc.com/store/site-license?user=academic&period=range
3. Under "Specific Start and End Dates", click in the date picker under "Please enter a range of dates."
4. Observe that the left part of the date picker is outside of the window (see attached image).
5. Workaround is to make the window wider until the entire date picker is visible.
