Have a way to detect that no credentials are present and that an init/auth action should happen

Description

As a new user, if I type scw, it might not be easy to detect how to login. scw login, scw auth, scw init, ...

Therefore, we should help new user by having the CLI detecting whether or not a profile is present and offer to create one with a prompt.
