"Point in direction" editor is buggy on Firefox

Actual Behavior

A bit buggy on Firefox Quantum 57.0.4 (32-bit) - when entered "point in direction" wheel, the input value stays and keeps changing input of other values when trying to edit.

Steps to Reproduce

(Assumed, needs repro)

1. Open the "point in direction" wheel
2. Start dragging the arrow
3. Release the arrow
4. Move the mouse around
5. See that the arrow keeps moving

The author didn't mention Firefox but that's the only browser that I found to have an issue. It's fairly easy to make happen but this long set of steps is the only way I could reproduce it and capture it. It's an annoying bug because once it occurs your editor session is in a limbo.

To reproduce:

1. Start the Firefox Browser (mine is at 63.0) under Windows 7

2. Go to beta.scratch.mit.edu, click Try It!

3. Drag a "Point in Direction" block to the scripting area.

4. and drag out another block with an input field (Such as "set my variable to" block)

5. Click on the 90 of the "Point in Direction" block.

6. Go to the white circle with the blue arrow and find where the mouse pointer is a hand.

7. I dragged (button down) the pointer to the -120 value.

8. lift mouse button and move it slightly to change to an arrow. Press down the mouse button.

9. Move slightly until it turns back into a hand - but start over if you get the circle with a backslash.

10. At this point the white hand of the pointer and the blue arrow in the white circle should move with the mouse button up.

11. Stop at -120 and click (don't hold down) the mouse button.

12. Go the the input area of the set variable block.

Just clicking the field sets a value.

Move the mouse around and notice that the direction input value changes.
