Text size when editing is pretty different from text size in block

Expected Behavior

Text doesn't change when in edit mode

Actual Behavior

Text shrinks in firefox

Steps to Reproduce

Click on a text field in Firefox. The longer the text is, the more noticeable it is.

Operating System and Browser

Firefox 59 Windows

This is interesting! I can reproduce this on Firefox on Linux, but to a much lesser degree. I think that, of the <input>'s font stack "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, sans-serif, Helvetica is picked on my computer (instead of Helvetica Neue, since I don't have it installed).
