Scratch 2.0 Imported "Delete (all) of ()" should use the new one

Expected Behavior

It should use the new one so that it will fit in other languages.

NOTE: I have seen #1327 (comment)
But it made a different problem, like this translation one.

Actual Behavior

The block still says: 「listのall番目を削除する」
"all" is not translated.

Steps to Reproduce

Import projects with old "delete all of list" block
Change language

Operating System and Browser

Windows 7 HomePremium 64bit SP1
Firefox 61.0.1

We have other definitions for obsolete blocks in the scratch-blocks messages file. However this one is an oddball because we have the same block (and same message), but just without the menu. We may just need to add new messages for the alternate form of the block and a menu, but I think I'd need to understand how the 2.0 import works to know for sure if that'll work.
