Issue

The output message after the runner setup command semaphore runner setup is missing the arg: start

Re-launch this program pointing to the configuration file

./semaphore runner --config /opt/semaphore/config.runner.json

 To run as daemon:

nohup ./semaphore runner --config /opt/semaphore/config.runner.json &

The also the systemd configuration sample as a missing arg.
