Commits to source/fork repos inconsistently counted

In most cases, if I contribute to a source repo, commits to my fork of that repo are not also counted. This is sensible/expected behaviour. However in some cases commits to both are counted. For example, on https://sourcerer.io/chris48s the number one repo on my list is https://github.com/DemocracyClub/UK-Polling-Stations (which is a source repo) and then the number two repo is https://github.com/chris48s/UK-Polling-Stations (which is a fork of https://github.com/DemocracyClub/UK-Polling-Stations ).
