Can't login to an accidentally revoked account.

I can't log in to my an account caused from accidentally page-refreshing while revoking GitHub. For now, if I try to signup or sign in, It's will said that "Emails associated with this GitLab account are already in use. Sign in and add this account."

My question is "Is it possible to force-delete my account then I can start over again.?"
