[DropDowns] Virtualization not loading last item with custom display scaling

Describe the bug
The last item of a virtual list is not always rendered when the pageSize is relatively small (e.g. 10 items) and custom scaling factor is applied to by the OS.

Workaround
Using larger pageSize seems to avoid the issue.
