Current behavior

Scroll position jumps when popup is opened, on a DropDown with Virtualization.

Expected behavior

Scroll position should not jump when popup is opened.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

• Open this stackblitz
• Open popup and advance to some scroll position on third-fourth page
• Blur the DropDown
• Open the DropDown again
