[Editor, ColorPicker] Color picker popup is not positioned correctly on Chromium mobile

Describe the bug
Usually the color picker popup position is moved to the left if there is not enough space to the right.
This does not happen in Chromium mobile browsers. Instead the popup is opened at the default position, which hides half of the popup out of view and adds scrollbars to the html root element.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Go to https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/editor/tools/
• Open first example in CodeSandBox
• Open preview in new window
• Enable device toolbar and set responsive width so that a color picker is the rightmost toolbar element
• Click toolbar button to open color picker

Expected behavior
The popup is moved to the left so that its right side is flush with the viewport border.
