ArcGIS tile layer usage

I need to be able to use the ArcGIS endpoint (https://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer/) for my tile layer.  I had done this previously in leaflet using the esri-leaflet plugin.  I can't get that to work here.  Assistance would be appreciated.
