[Docs] some pages render weird if visit directly

Visit these pages directly:

• Theme - Configuration
• Components - Content
• Components - Progress - Bar
• Components - Tabs
• Components - Toolbar

Which browser?

Tested Browsers:

• Chrome on MacOS
• Firefox on MacOS
• Safari on MacOS

Vue Material version: vue-material@1.0.0-beta-7

What is expected?

White background.

Render weird like this.

Render correctly on webpack dev server. Only got this issue on official documentation website.

Its because of caching of site

The static contents has a hash on its' file name. It's should be always the latest .js, .css.

Do you mean CDN cached the SSR page?

Because its not SSR and its with webworkers

This is because we prerender the pages with pure HTML, which is faster than using SSR.
This is happening because of the theming engine not being reactive to changes. I will take a look at it ASAP!
