[Feature]: Display running crawls in dashboard

What change would you like to see?

I would like to be able to "click 8 Crawls running" in the dashboard and get a display of the running crawls like the display of crawl workflows.

Context

I just startet 729 crawls via API. Finding the running jobs is a big issue in that scale. Please help.

Got started on this in #2528 — at the moment it's just changes to the crawl workflows page, but once that's working I'll add a link from the dashboard as well.
