Report back plugins that are incompatible

I realize plugins aren't allowed to phone home, but it would be awesome if we somehow allowed people to submit back their results so we could aggregate them

Data needed to be sent:
PHP Version compatibility, Plugin name, version of plugin, date of test

This is something we talked about doing, if users opt-in which you suggested, it would be totally doable.

+1 for this. You could add a check box to the settings. I think people would opt-in to this.
