Yes, I know these missing Windows versions are EOS. But in the article a whole section was/is dedicated to these EOS Windows versions ("For Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista, and Windows Server 2008"). With other words, even though a whole section was/is explicitly meant for these versions, they weren't/ aren't mentioned in "Applies to". This seemed a bit inconsistent to me, that's why I've submitted the change.
