Sir, I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out about my application for the position at Sharekhan. I was made aware by my faculty that I had been shortlisted for the Sharekhan interview, but I recently found out that my name wasn't considered by my college due to another offer I received. Because of this, I haven’t received any communication about the interview process.

I want to emphasize how much I want this opportunity with Sharekhan—it has always been my first choice. I applied to your organization before any other offers came in, and I’ve been working hard to prepare for this role.

I’m hopeful that there might be a way for me to still interview. I would greatly appreciate any consideration you could give to my situation.

Dear Sir, I hope this message finds you well. I apologize for not being able to attend the interview scheduled for today. Unfortunately, the key reason was that I was not informed about the scheduled interview, and I truly regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
