Hello,

A simple pull request to add a Dockerfile for the usage of the primefaces_CVE-2017-1000486_fd.py script.

It helps in

providing an out of the box solution to execute the command
defining python dependencies
specifying an installation procedure
significantly reduce the time to use between first lookout and exploitation
