Security improvements

• Remove admin user from project creation in OpenShift
• Change secret access to Team group in CD namespace ONLY
• Remove redundant jenkins rolebinding

TEST:

• Test ODS project creation
• Check roles in created project
• Test running pipeline

First approach for the implementation, pending testing it properly (specially the network policy) and checking the Prov-app for the admin user in project creation
UPDATE: Prov-app just adds the Project lead role for the project owner in Jira
