  • regularly scheduled update of our pinned dependencies for the CI
  • depend on a released version of pennylane. fixes Depend on proper release of pennylane when able #1589. Note that the relevant interop code in qualtran is still guarded by a try/except to disable the functionality that's only available in pennylane>=0.41
