Simple builtin ui

This is the documentation for v1 of the Readmill API which is deprecated and will be discontinued on 2012-12-16. Please upgrade to v2, the new developer documentations are at [developers.readmill.com](http://developers.readmill.com).

For easy implementation we’ve pre designed a UI in HTML that can be used for connecting a book you’re reading as well as viewing your progress, finishing and abandoning. An example implementation and more info is available at the Cocoa wrapper wiki
