The YAML is mostly correct, after removing the surplus _x000D_ but needs some formatting, and some talks need a lot of editing.

Also needs speaker pics if you have them, added to _static/img/speakers/ as firstname-lastname.png kinda thing

The speaker photos look busted because they aren't the same resolution. Seems like getting this up on the website might be an uphill slog :/

They do, but most are better than not having the pics, imo.
